Economic Development
The Town of Ticonderoga reestablished the Economic Development Committee (EDC) in January 2022. This committee focuses on cooperating and partnering with other revitalization and economic development/promotional organizations in Ticonderoga. It does not duplicate the efforts and missions of those other organizations but understands their project goals and shares the goals of the Town to ensure no duplication of effort and to maximize the return on everyone’s investment. The EDC will identify projects and tasks and seek organizations to take lead on these or partner with them, developing milestones and completion dates.
